February and March can be depressing months for us litter pickers, because the warmer and lighter days are tempting us out, but the lack of leaves and undegrowth mean the accumulated litter is more visible than ever. So why not mark the first birthday of People Clearing Litter by getting out there and visibly doing some litter picking, to get the message across to others that this stuff doesn't disappear on its own. There are two other ways you could give the campaigm some new momentum.

First, encourage one new member to register on the site and perhaps order a starter pack.

And second, increase the visibility of what you're doing by using our branded People Clearing Litter tape to secure or decorate your bag full of litter before you leave it in a prominent and sensible place. Email me at info@peopleclearinglitter.co.uk for extra rolls of tape.   

NB: we're all of course responsible for our own safety while picking up litter, but please TAKE CARE WHEN CARS ARE ABOUT, AND BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU'RE PICKING UP IF YOU'RE USING BARE HANDS.
